Access uses a three-stage process:
- Staged prefiltration removes particulates before water reaches the membrane
- Reverse osmosis (RO) removes dissolved contaminants and salinity
- A UV-C disinfection chamber provides an additional barrier against bacteria, viruses, and protozoa following the RO stage.
The system is fully automated; no manual adjustment is required. Access was made for ocean water, brackish water, rivers, lakes, and groundwater, and adjusts operating pressure automatically based on what’s coming in.
